REFUND POLICY

We want to give our clients complete satisfaction and peace of mind when shopping on-line with us.

You can return your jewellery, if it arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, so please ensure you choose carefully, and that you know your correct ring size, necklace size, or bracelet size etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for shipping of returns, including with any appropriate insurance. However, RKiddle’s Jewellery will pay for shipping of any exchanged, or replacement item.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, valuation certificates, and shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt. Take a photo of the parcel and note the courier tracking number. Please email or chat us of your intentions to return the item, with a copy of the sales receipt and the courier tracking number.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed, which will be paid back to the same account, which made the purchase.

When returning your items to RKiddle’s Jewellery, please use AusPost’s Registered Post or an equivalent traceable courier and follow these instructions:
