We will check & confirm we can source your item, and advise you the cost and approximate timeframe to delivery. If you want to proceed, we will provide you with an order number.

Ordering Process

1. We require 50% of the cost price as deposit to order the item.
2. 50% of the deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel the order, or if you fail to pay the full deposit within a week of us advising you we have the item on-hand and ready to ship.
3. Generally, sourcing a popular item would normally takes one to two weeks.
4. We will call you, or send you an email, when we have the item on-hand, and ready to send to you.
5. The balance of the amount is to be paid immediately, or at the latest, within one week of our advice to you.
6. We will advise you of any delays, if we cannot source the item within 2 weeks.
7. When we receive your balance deposit, we will ship the item to you, within 2 business days, using Express Post with a signature on delivery courier.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION
50% of the deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel the order for whatever reason, or fail to pay the full deposit within one week, we will refund you 50% of your deposit within 5 days.

If we are not able to source the item, we will refund ALL your deposit within 5 days.
