Payments, Shipping & Orders

1. Login and create your account with name, contact details and address.
2. Select your item(s) and add them to the Cart.
3. Checkout and pay for the item either by PAYID/Bank transfer, or use your Visa or Mastercard, ZIP or AFTERPAY payment.
4. When you checkout using the PAYID/Bank transfer method, the website will generate an email to you, with the Order number and our bank account details.
5. When paying by PAYID/Bank transfer, you MUST state the Order number as the reference !

7. If you pay by your Visa or Mastercard or ZIP, the website will generate an email to you, with the Order number for your records.
8. We will be notified that you have placed an order.
9. We will check our bank account to confirm the funds have been received.
10. NOTE ! We generally receive PAYID/Bank Transfers, ZIP & AFTERPAY notifications  within 10 minutes, while credit card transactions can take up to 2 days.
11. When your deposit has been confirmed, we will ship the item to you.
12. We ship items Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
13. Orders/payments received by 12 noon, are shipped that afternoon.
14. We use Express Post with a signature on delivery courier.
15. Express Post delivery usually takes a day for metropolitan areas.

1. Lay-by is a cheap and convenient method of purchasing an item, by paying an initial deposit, and then paying the full price off, over an agreed time. Using Lay-by, we reserve and hold your jewellery item. You then have five weeks after making your initial deposit, to complete the full payment. There are no interest payments nor credit applications.
2. With RKiddle’s Jewellery Lay-by, you agree to pay 1/6 of the (purchase price and the shipping fee) as the initial deposit. You then agree to pay five weekly installments of 1/6 of the (purchase price and the shipping fee.) When the last payment is made, your jewellery will be shipped directly to your stated address by Express Australia Post.
3. For example, if the purchase price of the jewellery including shipping is $300, you will make a $50 initial deposit. You will then make 5 weekly payments of $50. Your total payments are $300. We will then ship the item to you.
4. If you fail to make the full payments within the 5 week period, we are entitled to cancel the order, and you will be charged a 50% of payments cancellation fee, and you will be refunded 50% of your payments made.
5. If you change your mind, we will cancel the order, and you will be charged a 50% of payments cancellation fee, and you will be refunded 50% of your payments made.
6. If the Lay-by purchase is for a jewellery item that we need to source from a supplier, and the supplier advises that they no longer have that stock, then we will refund you in full, within 5 business days.

– You should send us a picture of your desired jewellery item.
– You need to include your name and address details.
– We will then ask you to make the first PAYID or Bank transfer payment of 1/6 of the purchase price including shipping.

1. AFTERPAY is a buy now, pay later, finance service that offers Australian customers over the age of 18, a line of credit. AFTERPAY pays the retailer upfront for the goods – and then the customer pays back AFTERPAY. The AFTERPAY  spending limits start at $600 and only increase gradually with on-time payments. Customers need to make 4 equal payments over 6 weeks to finalise their payment to AFTERPAY. The first payment is on the initial purchase date.
2. Customers need to setup an account with Afterpay directly, by applying on-line.
3. AFTERPAY approval is given immediately for qualifying customers.
4. AFTERPAY doesn’t charge interest, but it does charge fees to merchants who offer the service, and late fees to people who don’t keep up with payments.
5. AFTERPAY can be used to make any purchases on this website. We ship jewellery items immediately on AFTERPAY payment, so you can enjoy them right away !

1. Zip is a buy now, pay later, finance service that offers Australian customers over the age of 18,  a line of credit. Zip Pay offers credit up to $1,000, and Zip Money offers customers a line of credit up to $5,000, with a a minimum interest-free period of three months.
2. Customers need to set up an account with ZIP directly, by applying on-line.

4. ZIP doesn’t charge interest, but it does charge fees to merchants who offer the service, and late fees to people who don’t keep up with payments.
5. Zip can be used to make any purchases on this website. We ship jewellery items immediately on ZIP payment, so you can enjoy them right away !

1. All items are shipped with beautiful jewellery boxes.
2. We ship items Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
3. Orders/payments received by 12 noon, are shipped that afternoon.
4. However, if you request us, we can hold the item and send it, closer to your special occasion day.
5. You can specify that the item should be delivered to another person or address.
6. Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are dependent on Australia Post.
7. We will not be liable for any loss, or expense caused by any delay in delivery.

1. We ship jewellery to Europe, US, Canada, South America, and Asia.
2. The same payment terms and conditions are available to overseas customers.
3. Goods are shipped using Australia Post International Shipping with signature on delivery.
4. Customers can also request shipping insurance.
